The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not regularizing the services of the petitioner as Sub Staff (Sweeper) in pursuance of proposals Dated 05.10.2010 and 26.09.2011 made by the 3rd respondent, as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory and unconstitutional violating Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and issue consequential directions, directing the 2nd 2 respondent to consider the proposals Dated 05.10.2010 and 26.09.2011 of the 3rd respondent for absorption / regularization of the petitioner as Sub Staff (Sweeper), w.e.f. the date of appointment of the petitioner i.e. 10.01.2008 with all consequential benefits like arrears of salary, revised pay scales, seniority etc., and pass such other order or orders…...” 2. Heard Smt.S.V.Indira, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.S.Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the very same petitioner filed W.P.No.28843 of 2018 with the same prayer, as such, this petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
