It transpires from the argument of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already approached this Court vide Writ A No.15437 of 2023 challenging the order of reversion. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner has already been subjected to type test but result has not been declared. 3. In the considered view of the Court petitioner should approach for a further direction in the pending writ petition itself. No fresh cause of action has arisen to maintain a second petition. 4. In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed, consigned to records with the aforesaid liberty.
