Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 113 of 2024 arising out of Senha P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 126/115(2)118(1)/117(2)/109(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Lohardaga. 3. On 18.07.2024, the petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the son of the Informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he had given lathi blow on the head of the deceased, due to which he sustained injury and died. 4. It was submitted that the occurrence had taken place in spur of moment. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
