Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite stay of the operation of the impugned order dated 30.09.2024, the petitioner is not being permitted to teach as a PGT teacher. 4. To this, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the stay was obtained by concealing certain facts and that the respondent is in the process of moving an application for vacation of stay. 5. That being so, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court at this stage and the rule is accordingly discharged. 6. The contempt petition is disposed of.
