This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Baliya Belon P.S. Case No.116 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 351(2), (3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 4 of POCSO Act. 3. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. 4. Petitioner is the husband of the informant and informant has got married for the third time. It appears to be a case of false implication. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28348 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 case, this application is allowed. 6.
