Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 109, 61(2), 326(f), 308(4), 111(2), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 111(6) of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. On 08.01.2025, rangdari was demanded by one Vikrant Jee, Area Commander of TSPC, which is a banned extremist Organization. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Divya Raghav, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi, or her successor, in connection with Ormanjhi P.S.
