In compliance of the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Lakheri, District Bundi has sent letter dated 08.09.2025 to apprise this Court that trial of the criminal case in question has been concluded and the accused Raghuveer, Ravi Prakash Sharma, Kamlesh Kumar Sharma, Mahendra and Shiv Shankar have been acquitted of the charges under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B IPC. 2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 3. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
