Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sector-4 P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025 for the offence registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. 3. On 18.08.2025 at about 7.00 pm, the petitioner along with his son went to the Tanishq showroom at Sector-4, Bokaro. It is alleged that the petitioner left her artificial ring and decamped away with original diamond ring. 4. It was submitted that the parties have settled the dispute. It was further submitted that son of the petitioner, namely, Raj Kumar Singh @ Raj Karan Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 8693 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Tabinda Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro, in connection with Sector-4 P.S.
