(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 25.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 25.11.2025 passed by Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Mandi, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with.
2. Having carefully perused documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. Learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledges factum with regard to compliance.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within two months from today.
