(2) Applicant is accused in FIR No. 53 of 2025, registered under Section 3/5/11(1) of Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act at PS Kichha, District Udham Singh Nagar. Having been arrested in connection with the said FIR, present bail application has been filed on his behalf. (3) Learned Counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has been falsely implicated; that it is not ascertained as to whether the meat allegedly recovered from the applicant is cow meat; that all the offences are triable by Magistrate and the applicant is in jail since 11.2.2025. (4) Learned State Counsel opposed the bail application and submitted that recovery was made from the applicant. (5) Having heard learned Counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, however without any comment on the merits of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail subject to his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Magistrate/Court concerned.
