JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. Learned counsel Sri. Ramachandra Mali is directed to accept notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: 1. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or in nature of any other writ directing the Respondent No.1 to pass an order to consider the representation to make payment of salary arrears from 30/10/2023 till 23/03/2024 vide Annexure-B and C dated 2/12/2024. 2. Pass such orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case as in duty bound the Petitioners shall ever pray an act of kindness in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is that, arrears of salary have not been paid from 30.10.2023 to 23.03.2024, for - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:10769 WP No. 108036 of 2024 which a representation at Annexures B and C dated 02.12.2024 have been submitted. 4. Whenever any representation is submitted by any employee to the Government Authority, it is required for the authority to pass necessary orders on the said representation before proceeding with any other action which may affect the said employee. The representations having been submitted on 01.12.2024, it is still not acted upon. As such, I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ Petition is allowed. ii. Mandamus is issued, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 02.12.2024 at Annexures B and C, to make payment of salary arrears from 30.10.2023 till 23.03.2024.
