JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 03/11/2025 Learned counsel for the applicants after arguing for sometime wants to withdraw the present bail application, making a limited prayer that the applicants be permitted to surrender themselves before the concerned Trial Court, who may be directed to consider the plea of the applicants on the same date of making surrender. Learned Public Prosecutor has not objected the aforementioned plea.
