Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent/State has pointed out that as per the status of the trial Court, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner with respect to the FIR which was lodged on 24.04.2023 and charges have been framed. 4. In view of the same, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the order framing charge.
