Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has submitted the online form for the said tender. 4 Mr. Surana, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2, on instructions, states that the petitioner will be allowed to participate in the tender process and that the petitioner’s bid will be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
