GP-MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV(AP) The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 801 OF 2016 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.1 in issuing the Government Order vide G.O.Ms.No.4, Municipal Administration and Urban Development (C- Department) dated 07.01.2015 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, capricious and against the public policy and sets aside the same and consequently direct the respondent to call for the tenders through e-procurement for all the works and material procurement costing over and above Rs.1,00,000/- and pass such other orders....” 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, who appeared online would submit that there is no ready instructions from the petitioner regarding the issue involved in this Writ Petition is alive for consideration. 3. In that view, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to re-agitate the same, in accordance with law, if so, advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
