Petitioner seeks higher stage of pay, i.e. Rs.33,400/-, on completion of two years of regular service as MLT G-II in accordance with notification dated 06.09.2022. 3. Petitioner was appointed as MLT G-II on contract basis in the respondent-department on 26.09.2019 (Annexure P-1). His service was regularized on 11.05.2022 (Annexure P-2). On being appointed on regular basis on 11.05.2022, petitioner was placed in the pay-scale of Rs.29,700/-. Petitioner claim for Rs.33,400/- on completion of two years of regular service on the strength of 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 notification dated 06.09.2022, amending Revised Pay Rules 2022, is covered under the decision rendered in CWP No.1638 of 2024 titled as Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. Since, the present petition is covered in view of law laid down in the said case, therefore, there is no necessity for calling the reply. 4. This writ petition is accordingly allowed. Respondents are directed to release the higher stage of pay of Rs.33,400/- to the petitioner w.e.f. his completing two years of regular service as MLT G- II.
