Sahani, Advocate ----- 3/ 14.11.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 135 of 2025 arising out of Tisri P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 137(2), 61(2), 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and charge has been framed for the offences under Sections 103(1) / 3(5), 238/ 3(5), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-IX, Giridih. 3. On 27.01.2025 at about 7.30 pm, the husband of the informant, namely, Vijay Yadav, was abducted by the petitioner and named accused persons and subsequently, he was murdered. 4. It was submitted that apart from the suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner. It was further submitted that the informant is not the eyewitness of the occurrence. 5. Mr. A.K. Sahani, learned counsel appearing for the informant has submitted that the name of the petitioner has also transpired in the confession of co-accused, on whose pointing out the dead body of the deceased was recovered. 6. Considering the fact that apart from confession of co-accused, there is no material available on the record against the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
