The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 corresponding to S.T. No. 190 of 2024, (G.R. No.474 of 2024) for offences registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.9208 of 2024 by order dated 28.10.2024. The petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have robbed the motorcycle and Rs. 35,000/- from the Informant. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that informant has been examined in this case. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since last 10 months. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. Petitioner if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
