As per the reply filed by respondents No. 1 to 3, the ‘No Objection Certificate’ issued in favour of respondent No. 8 under Rule 144 of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, for the installation of retail outlet at Barsar, has been cancelled on 23.10.2025 (Annexure R-2/2).

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petition has been rendered infructuous, as that was the prayer as such in the main writ petition.
3. Counsel for private respondent No.8, on the other hand, submits that he has preferred the legal remedy against the said order before the appellate authority.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed off by making it clear that this Court has not observed on the merits of the case.
