2 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/order/direction to conduct conselling proceeding for Hostel Superintendent (C) afresh. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be please to issue appropriate writ/order/ direction to the respondent authority to pass an order on the pending objection/ representation (Annexure-P/3) only up to the extent of the petitioner as per the law. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to reserve one post vacant at District Bilaspur or District Baloda Bazar (CG) (as preference of the petitioner) till assigning place of posting and deciding his pending objection/ representation, in view of the Government Policy mentioned at Clause 3(3), 4(3) and 5(3) of Circular 10.06.2025 mentioned, in the interest of justice. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission to the extent that petitioner has moved representations dated 20.06.2025 (Annexure P/4), but till date, those representations have not been considered, and therefore, authority concerned may be directed to decide the pending representations in accordance with law within the stipulated time frame.
3. Learned State counsel would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is given to the authority concerned to take decision on the pending representations of the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. Considering the limited submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent-2 is directed to take a decision on the pending
3 representations/objection of the petitioner dated 20.06.2025 (Annexure P/4) within further period of time of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merits.
5. Petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order before respondent-2 within a week from today.
6. With the aforesaid observation, and direction, present petition stands
