ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA)
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: A. Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider and accept the representations dated 10.09.2015, 21.09.2015, 24.09.2015 and 11.02.2016 submitted by the Petitioner to the Respondent No.1 and 2 at vide Annexure-B, C, D and E.
B. Grant such other relief’s as are deemed fit and necessary under the circumstances of the case including the cost of this writ petition. 2. Heard Sri.Jagadish Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt.Girija S. Hiremath, learned HCGP for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and Sri. Sunil S. Desai, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 3. The petitioner was appointed as a First Division Assistant in the year 2006 in the Morarji Desai Residential School, run by the Karnataka Social Welfare Department.

petitioner has continued in service for more than 10 years and has submitted representations seeking regularisation of his services. Respondent Nos.2 to 4, before whom four representations were submitted in the years 2015 and 2016, have not yet considered the same. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court in the present petition. 4. In light of the limited prayer for consideration of the representations, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representations in accordance with law. 5. If the petitioner’s representation has already been considered as on today, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to avail such remedy as is available in law, if he is aggrieved. If the representation has not been considered, the same shall be considered within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6. Ordered accordingly.
