The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Balidih PS Case No.189 of 2023, for offence registered under section 341, 323, 143, 353,188 of IPC, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bokaro.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and in road accident which took place at BIADA Road, the father of the petitioner no.3 has died. He then submits that for that, the agitation was going on and the road blockage was made by the local leaders and when the official of district administration reached at the spot the altercation took place with the official of district administration. He then submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 of the petitioners.

4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that that the petitioners were involved in the altercation with the official of district administration.
5. Considering that father of the petitioner no.3 has died in the said road accident and pursuant to that, agitation was going on, which was being led by the local leaders and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Balidih PS Case No.189 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
