1. By way of this revision, the applicant has prayed for following reliefs:-
“(i) To call for the entire records pertaining to the case. (ii) To set aside the impugned Order dated 09.01.2024 and 10.03.2025 (so far it concerns the breach of section 166(3) of the Motor Vehicle Act) passed by the Ld. First Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Raigarh (C.G.) in M.A.C.T. No-10/2024, titled as Brij Ekka vs. Roman Singh Rathiya & Others (Annexure A- 1), and allow the application of the applicant dated 19.09.2024 and dismiss the said claim case filed by claimants. (iii) And to give such other relief(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that with the afflux of time, the revision has been rendered infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the present civil revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
