State of H.P. versus Manish Kumar Cr. Revision No. of 2025 19.11.2025 Present: Mr. Tejasvi Sharma, Additional Advocate General, with Ms. Ranjna Patial, Deputy Advocate General, for the applicant. Cr. MP(M) No.2002 of 2025 & Cr.MP No. 3556 of 2025 The applicant has filed Cr.MP No.3556 of 2025, for condonation of delay in refiling Cr.MP(M) No.2002 of 2025, which has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the criminal revision. Notices of the applications were issued to the respondent, however, despite service no one has put appearance on his behalf. Meaning thereby, the factual position, as mentioned, in both the applications, remains uncontroverted. Considering the fact that the application, for condonation of delay in filing the criminal revision has duly been supported by the affidavit of Additional Chief Secretary (Home), to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, this Court is of the view that both the applications deserve to be allowed. Consequently, both the applications are allowed and the delay in refiling the application, Cr.MP(M) No.2002 of 2025 is condoned and the delay, as occurred, in filing the main appeal is also condoned. The applications stand disposed of. Cr. Revision No. of 2025 Be registered. Let notice be issued to the respondent for 24th December, 2025, on taking steps within a period of seven days.
