At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that issue involved in instant petition is promotion of petitioner, as despite granting him seniority in the Director, Medical Education, Raipur, she has not been granted promotion when her juniors were promoted. He further submits that representation dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-17) has been filed by petitioner before Secretary, Medical Education and, thereafter, same request was again made in writing before Secretary, Medical Education, Raipur, but the same has not been considered & decided yet. He submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to file fresh representation for redressal of his grievance, therefore, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No. 1 to decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously 2. Counsel for the State has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. In view of the submission made by counsel for the parties, this petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file fresh representation for redressal of his grievance in furtherance of earlier representation dated 25.07.2019 (Annexure P-17) filed by him before 4 respondents No. 1, within a period of 30 days from today, thereafter, in event of filing aforesaid representation by petitioner, the respondent No. 1 shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid observation & direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
