The Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Gumla is present before this Court. 3. From the show cause, I find that the opposite parties have made payment under the head of pension to the petitioners. In respect of some of them, they have come to a conclusion that some excess amount has been paid so that they are not entitled for the same. 4. Considering the said statement made in the show cause, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out. Accordingly, these contempts are dropped. 5. Personal appearance of the Officer is dispensed with. 6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of. 7.
