Revision (Filing) No. 7941 of 2025 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence, the order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court could not complied within time as it was summer vacation and as such, requisites could not be filed within time. It is submitted that he is ready to comply with the order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court and hence, this Cr.M.P No. 2637 of 2025 may be restored. 3. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and in view of the averments made in Para Nos. 6 to 9 of Cr.M.P No. 2637 of 2025, the prayer for the 2025:JHHC:30678 2 restoration of Cr. Revision (Filing) No. 7941 of 2025 is allowed and Cr. Revision (Filing) No. 7941 of 2025 is restored to its original file. 5. Accordingly, Cr.M.P No. 2637 of 2025 is allowed. (Sanjay Prasad, J.)
