To issue writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ directing the Respondents No.2 and 3 to consider representation dated 02.02.2021 and issue Saguvali Chit in favor of Petitioners in respect of R.S.No.213/c, measuring 4 Acres 23 Guntas each as recommended by the Committee on Regularization of Bagar Hukum Land Bearing No.LND CR/15/2007/08 (ANNEXURE-H), to serve ends of justice; b. Any order or direction as this Honorable Court deems just and fit in the facts and circumstances of the case and to serve ends of justice. 3. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is that, no action has been taken in terms of the recommendation made by the Tahsildar in terms of Annexure-G on 19.12.2006. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:2553 WP No. 100920 of 2025 The Saguvali Chit has not been issued to the petitioner, and as such, the petitioners have submitted representation on 02.02.2021 at Annexure-H, which is also not been considered by the respondents. 4. Whenever any representation is submitted by a citizen, it is required for the concerned authorities to consider the same and pass necessary orders either accepting or rejecting the representation within a reasonable period of time. In the present matter, the representation submitted on 02.02.2021 is yet to be considered by the respondents. 5. In that view of the matter, I pass the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. Mandamus is issued, directing respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 19.01.2021 - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:2553 WP No. 100920 of 2025 submitted on 02.02.2021, at Annexure-H, in accordance with law and pass necessary orders within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
