Wherein, the objections raised by the Commissioner regarding disobedience on the part of the respondent No.6 were rejected. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the represented that the issue pertains to elections of Bobbili Municipal Council. The election has been completed. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances, the cause in the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous and as such, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition and other miscellaneous petitions, if any, are therefore dismissed as infructuous.
