Dey, A.P.P. 04/ 19.12.2025: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nawa Bazar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025, registered under sections 274/275/292/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and under section 47 of Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, (MP/MLA Case), Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has rented out the house in question to Sonu Singh and Yogendra Singh and allegations are made the illegal business of liquor was being done in the said house. He further submits that the petitioner is having no knowledge about the said business by his tenants and this fact has also come in the F.I.R. He then submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner is the owner of the house in question. 5. Considering that the said house was rented out to Sonu Singh and Yogendra Singh by the petitioner and allegations are made the illegal business of liquor was being done in the said house and this fact has also ( 2025:JHHC:38254 ) come in the F.I.R and further petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 10 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, (MP/MLA Case), Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Nawa Bazar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. Dt.19.12.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
