The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2021, S.T. Case No.235 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj, Jharkhand. On 02.05.2021, son of the informant, namely, Mithlesh Yadav was murdered. It is alleged that the deceased was having illicit relationship with the sister of the petitioner. Suspicion has been raised that the petitioner alongwith accused persons had committed his murder. It was submitted that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence. It was further submitted that co-accused Bheem Singh @ Bhim Singh has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 163/2025, by order dated 07.04.2025. On specific query, whether any incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner replied in negative. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj, Jharkhand, in connection with Chhattarpur P.S.
