This petition involves adjudication of service dispute between the parties and the same is not amenable to jurisdiction of this Court and the same is not maintainable. Confronted with the issue raised, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after arguing for a while, seeks withdrawal of the instant writ petition so as to avail appropriate remedy available under law. His statement is taken on record. In view of the submission made hereinabove, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
