This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has made the following prayers:- "(i) issue appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to Decide the Petitioner application Dated 17.02, 2025 before the security committee and provide proper security to petitioner. (ii) issue a suitable writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case. (iii) to award the cost of the petition to the petitioner." 3. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the authority concerned should decide the application filed by petitioner dated February 17, 2025. 4. In light of the same, Respondent No.2/Commissioner, Police Commissionerate Gautam Budh Nagar is directed to decide the application filed by the petitioner dated February 17, 2025 within a period of six weeks from date and pass a reasoned and speaking order. 5.
