The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking the following main relief:
“to issue appropriate Writ, order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not reinducting the petitioners in service in pursuant to the G.O.Ms.No.138 dated 08-08-2017 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional consequently direct the respondents to reinduct the petitioners into service along with consequential benefits in the interest of justice and to pass …..”
2. The sum and substance of the writ petitioners is that all the petitioners are seeking for extension of their services from 58 years to 60 years. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Venkata Rama Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Smt.M.Shalini, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents jointly submitted that all the petitioners were retired from service on 31.07.2016 by receiving all retiral benefits from the respondent authorities. 4.
To that extent, learned Assistant Government Pleader also placed the written instructions issued by Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Guntur. 5
5. Recording the submission made by both the counsel, the writ petition is closed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioners from taking recourse to law as permissible, if so advised. 6.
