ORDER The Applicant has filed this Application to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to divide the suit property as per the Appeal Order in O.S.A.No.98 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024.
2. The Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents would submit that the Contesting Respondents who are the 6th to 8th Defendants have no objection for allowing this Application. The other Defendants viz., the 1st to 5th Defendants remain set ex parte. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents, this Application stands allowed.
4. This Court, thus, appoints Mrs.Annamma.K., Advocate (Enrollment No.MS.2437/2006) having Office at Catholic Centre, Room No.10, 3rd Floor, Armenian Street, Chennai – 600 104, (Mobile No: 9840580131) as an Advocate Commissioner to divide the suit property.
5. The learned Advocate Commissioner shall endeavour to divide the suit property as per the Appeal Order in O.S.A.No.98 of 2025 dated 25.10.2024.
6. In any event, the procedure shall be completed by 27.05.2025.
7. Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as initial remuneration to the Learned Advocate Commissioner. 3/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
