The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hanwara P.S. Case No. 43/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Remi Praphul Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda. 3. On 09.09.2025 at about 3:00 A.M., Hanwara police on the basis of confidential information intercepted a Toto bearing registration no. BR10SV-9251 and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, fire arms were recovered from possession of co- accused namely Shubham Kumar and Titu Kumar. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Remi Praphul Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda or his successor in connection with Hanwara P.S.
