The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition assailing the legality, validity and propriety of order dated 28.07.2025 passed by the Block Education Officer, Mungeli, District Mungeli (C.G.) by which the petitioner has been directed to join Government Primary School, Surda relieving his present place of posting at Government Primary School, Karhi, Block Mungeli, District Mungeli. Learned counsel for the State has clarified the fact that as per Clause 1.5 and 3.17 of the New Transfer Policy, 2025 all the attachment orders have been withdrawn by the State. He would further submit that in pursuance of Transfer Policy vide order dated 21.07.2025 the petitioner has been posted to his parental place of posting i.e. Government Primary School, Surda, as such no illegality has been committed by the respondent authorities. 3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the State that the attachment orders have been withdrawn and the petitioner has been posted to his original place of posting, therefore, I am of the view that the respondents have not committed any illegality while passing the order dated 28.07.2025. 4.
