Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On 10.08.2025 at about 2.00 p.m., son of the Informant Md. Sahil @ Kurkure was shot dead by the named accused persons. Occurrence had taken place because the deceased had abused the petitioner while he was in jail custody. 4. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that on the date of occurrence, petitioner was languishing in jail custody. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Hindpiri P.S.
