Case No. 80 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 963 of 2020 for the offences registered under sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. On 03.07.2020, daughter of the Informant went missing. It is alleged that the petitioner had enticed her away. On 09.08.2020, dead body of the victim was recovered. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence. 5. Mr. Azeemuddin, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner had been talking with the deceased prior to the occurrence. It was further submitted that on the basis of confidential information, this fact has come that prior to the occurrence, petitioner had taken the deceased to his house. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Kasmar P.S.
