On 27.09.2016, the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad had passed the following interim order: „Since this Court is prima facie satisfied that the order of termination was passed without issuing any notice to the petitioner, there shall be interim suspension of the impugned order, until further orders.‟ 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Srinivasa Basava, learned counsel representing Smt. Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 & 4 submits that in spite of obtaining the interim order, the petitioner has never joined in the 3rd respondent - Society. He would also submit that, the petitioner is out of the country. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner not disputed the same. Recording the said submissions made by the respective learned counsels, this Writ Petition is closed.
