2. Heard Sri T. Tejeswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is residing in the State of West Bengal and he is not attending the Court at Srikakulam each and every adjournment. Hence, the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, by dispensing the presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. In that view, the Criminal petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court in their defence. The presence of the petitioner before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless his presence is specifically directed by the Trial Court.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
