Affidavits are on record and it appears that on the self-same cause of action a title suit/title appeal is pending before a competent Civil Court. The suit was also initiated in the year 2017. Considering that the dispute/issue in the present writ is also before a competent Civil Court, the writ application at this stage is premature and is thus disposed of being premature.
