This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "1. Issue an appropriate writ order or direction quashing the impugned judgement and Order dated. 12.12.2024 passed by the Respondent no. 2, in Revision No. 1457 of 2021, Computer Case NO. C202111000001457; Santosh Kumar Rastogi Vs. M/s. S.S. Chemicals Private Limited, as well as the impugned judgment and order dated 20.09.2021, passed by Respondent no. 3 in appeal no. 00109 of 2021, Computer Case No.202111520100109; M/s. S.S. Chemicals Private Limited through Satish Chand and Others Vs. Santosh Kumar Rastogi." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that on the basis of a sale deed executed in the year 1982, the mutation proceedings were initiated in the year 2019, which were allowed. A recall application was filed by the respondent but the same was rejected. In an appeal filed against the order rejecting the recall application, the recall application has been allowed and the matter was remanded back. Against the remand order, the petitioner preferred a revision, which has been dismissed. 4. Since the matter is pending before the initial authority after remand, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
