The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and in exercise thereof admit the petition, Call for the records of the entire proceeding initiated by the learned trial Court i.e., Judicial Magistrate First Class Raipur in an unregistered complaint of 2022 dated 02.08.2022 to 16.08.2023. Further this Hon’ble Court may kindly quash the FIR registered under Crime No. 0231 of 2023 under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 dated 15.08.2023 lodged by respondent No. 1 & 2 in respect of the petitioner. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass such other order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, a charge-sheet has already been submitted before the competent Court against the petitioner. Therefore, he prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to challenge the same. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if so advised. 3 6. Certified copy of the FIR, complaint under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. and entire order-sheet may returned back to the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same.
