Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. 3. On 12.06.2025, wife of the Informant was murdered by unknown persons outside his house. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner or on his pointing out. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Kuchai P.S.
