Prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the objection/representation of the petitioner made on 10.1.2025 by a speaking order. 2. The representation has been made in pursuance of a notice issued to the interested persons under Section 21 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The scheme of the Act is that in case any objection is filed by any person interested pursuant to notice under Section 21, the Collector shall inquire into the respective interests of the persons before making an award. 3. As the law itself requires the Collector to hold inquiry on basis of objections filed, therefore, in our opinion, no direction is required to be issued in this regard. 4.
