The relief sought in this petition is for direction upon the respondent authorities for proper and fair investigation in Case Crime No.572 of 2024, under Section 191(2), 115(2), 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Etah. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that in the present matter final report has already been submitted before the competent court on 04.02.2025 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to him to agitate before the appropriate forum 5.
