JUSTICE S G PANDIT) Heard learned counsel Sri.Sourab Hegde for complainants and learned counsel Sri.M.B.Kanavi, learned counsel for respondent No.2- accused. 2. This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 18.09.2024 in WP No.104065/2024(S-RES) whereunder this Court has directed accused to consider the claim of the complainants with regard to pay fixation. 3. Out of six writ petitioners, only two petitioners have approached the Court in this contempt petition complaining non-compliance of order passed by this Court. 4. On issuance of notice, accused have appeared and today affidavit of Senior Divisional Security Commissioner(RPF), South-Western Railway, Hubballi dated 15.10.2025 is filed enclosing two documents. The first document is memorandum dated 07.10.2025 re-fixing the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:14090-DB CCC No. 100318 of 2025 salary of second complainant and document No.2 is the memorandum dated 09.10.2025 re-fixing the pay of first complainant. 5. Thus, in view of the order passed by the respondent-accused, by considering the representation of the complainants, we are of the considered opinion that there is substantial compliance with the direction of this Court. If the complainants are aggrieved, it is open for them to question the said memorandums before the appropriate forum. 6.
