Case No.87 of 2021 instituted under Sections 307, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused person attempted to murder Ranjeet Singh by firing upon him. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that the no any injury has been sustained by anyone and no fire arm has been seized in connection with the case. It is next submitted that only because the petitioner earlier instituted Itkhori P.S. Case No.172 of 2020, this false case has been foisted.
