Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated by the complainant. He further submits that the alleged offences are triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class and petitioner has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court on 12.03.2025 and 03.04.2025
[2025:RJ-JP:30650] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-4975/2025] in two other matters of identical nature. He further submits that the facts of the case clearly indicate that the complainant has filed a case without any basis and he has not submitted any document to show payment to him. He further submits that after investigation, police has already filed the charge-sheet and the petitioner is in custody since
28.03.2025.
3. Aforesaid contentions were opposed by learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant and he submitted that several cases were registered against this petitioner accused. He referred two other FIR Nos.20/2025 and 23/2025 registered at PS Jaipur Airport and submitted that the chat on record with petitioner accused clearly indicate that he has received money on false promise with dishonest intention to cheat complainant.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material placed on record.

7. Having considered the fact that a similar identical nature of crime has been committed by this petitioner accused to cheat unemployed youth, therefore, I am of considered view that this is not a fit case to enlarge the petitioner accused on bail.
